Refund policy

All Sales Are Final
We do not accept returns or exchanges. The only exceptions are items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. To process your request, email love@devinalenore.com with your order number, photos of the item, and the shipping materials. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refunds
If your request is approved, you will be notified by email. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your refund does not appear within 15 days, please contact us again.
