Thank you for shopping at Devina Lenore. Below is our shipping policy so you know what to expect when placing an order with us.

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received.

  • Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

  • During high-volume periods (such as product launches or holidays), processing times may be longer.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS).

  • We may add additional carriers in the future (such as UPS or FedEx). Any available options will be shown at checkout.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are a flat fee of $9.95 for orders under $50.

  • Orders over $50 qualify for free shipping automatically at checkout.

4. Delivery Estimates

  • Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your order has shipped.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist you.

  • For lost packages, we recommend contacting USPS directly with your tracking number.

7. International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States.
